Collection in Person
We are more than happy for customers to collect their items in person, however please let us know beforehand so that during busy times we can make sure we have your order ready for you.

Combined Postage Discounts
We always discount p&p rates for multiple purchases where possible. If you buy multiple items from the same listing the reduced p&p is worked out automatically when you pay. The rates are shown in the ‘P&P & Payments’ tab. If you buy items from 2 or more different listings then please ask us for a revised invoice before paying.

Returns Policy
Returns are accepted providing they are in the same condition as when dispatched, unused and in their original packaging. Postage costs are not refunded unless goods are faulty in which case we will replace or refund in full at buyers request.

Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). Most orders will be dispatched the same day if payment is received before lunchtime. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. All items are sent by first class post or courier depending on size and weight.
