Plastic Buildings have a large range of portable offices, portable toilets and showers, modular buildings, security guard boxes, storage containers and many more. All sections of our cabins are manufactured from 35mm thick x 250mm wide polyethylene, hollow interlocking planks for strength, durability and insulation and all sections are edged with aluminium for strength. The floors have a non- slip surface, which can be hosed down for easy cleaning and can also be carpeted. Because all our cabins are made to measure, you can incorporate your ideas with ours, whether it is a single cabin or a large block. This potentially makes each cabin unique in its design. All our cabins are ten feet high and are easily assembled by our dedicated staff. For added insulation, we can insert polystyrene into the hollow cavities of the planking, (just like cavity wall insulation), at the time of manufacture. All hinges and door bolts are galvanised for a maintenance free long life.

This auction is for a 12ft x 60ft portable office with x5 double glazed windows and x2 doors. This cabin is fully wired for x4 twin sockets, x1 RCD consumer unit, x2 2 killerwatt convector heaters, x2 5ft florecent lights, x1 commando socket (external) and x1 isolator switch (internal). The cabin is brand new and would make a great temporary office or security guard box. (Please note that he guard rail and steps are not included in this auction)

The cabin is vandal proof with a code operated locks on all doors and window shutters are available on request.

Any sizes and dimensions provided by you the customer will be taken as correct, therefore any miscalculations are the customers responsibility
All delivery times are approximate. If changes in deliveries do occur, you will be contacted immediately and informed of the new delivery date.
If you wish us to erect your outdoor cabin, it is your responsiblity to ensure an adequate base is provided. Innovation Futures LTD will not be held responsible for defects caused by an unsatisfactory base.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that suitable access is available.
All outdoor cabins are delivered flat packed.
