All items have been listed to the best of our knowledge.  We make every effort to end listings if a product has become unavailable due to being sold on our company website.  In the rare event that a product is no longer available after you win the auction, we will promptly notify you and refund your payment.

Payment Details

Payment in full is due within 3 days of winning this auction.  If no payment / agreement on payment is made within 3 days, we will file a claim of non paying bidder, leave negative feedback & relist the item.

Warranty

The stated warranty is the warranty offered for this auction.  Replacement warranty means that if your product is deemed defective, we will replace your product with an equal product.  If a replacement product is not available, we will fully refund your purchase upon receiving the returned defective product.  Manufacturer's warranty may be offered for products listed in "New" condition.  If the stated warranty is a manufacturer's warranty, you agree to the terms set forth by the manufacturer.  It is the buyer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with each manufacturer's warranty terms, which may vary by manufacturer.

Returns / Defective Merchandise

We will replace any defective merchandise unless it has been listed with "AS IS" condition.  We do not accept returns or issue RMAs for products listed with "AS IS" condition.  Defective products must be reported within 3 days after delivery via email to our sales department.  Please allow at least 7 business days for us to process your return.  A RMA number is required for all returns and can be requested by contacting our sales department at 1-612-616-6566.  Please notify our sales department of a defective product and receive a RMA # before you return the item or it will be sent back to you.  We don't accept any returns without a RMA #.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
