*Please inform me within 7 days of any problems. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days, complete with all tags, packaging, etc, have not been worn/used and in the same clean and smoke-free condition they were sent out. Return postage to be paid by buyer. Payment will be refunded, less the cost of outgoing postage.
*If your item is returned because no one has been in to accept the delivery, this will be chargeable, redelivery if the item has to be sent again will also be chargeable.
*If your item is out of stock, a prompt refund of the full amount paid and notification will be within 24 hours of purchasing.
*If purchasing from N.Ireland or offshore destination, please accept the fact that Courier deliveries cost more. The fact that N.Ireland is in the UK does not means there is a standard shipping price for all the UK. Couriers charge us more, so in turn must be passed on. If the correct shipping price is not selected, the dispatch of your item will be delayed until the correct payment has been paid.
