About Our Ship

We're a family-run UK based company offering quality items at reasonable prices.  We have been established for over seven years on Ebay and already have an established Pirate Party Store website online.  Our company is run by a mother of four children, who has had many year's experience of children's parties and knows just what parents are looking for when buying party supplies.  We only buy quality items that visually appeal to us and that the kids will love.
We are the only dedicated Pirate Party Store on Ebay and if you can't find what you are looking for, we can usually get hold of it or point you in the right direction.

Payment

We accept payment by: Paypal, Credit Cards, Postal Orders, Cheques and Bank Transfers. 
All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.  
We are unable to accept any foreign cheques unless a £5 fee is added to cover high banking costs in the UK.
Payment is appreciated within 7 days.  If sending a payment by post, please use the checkout facility which notifies us how and when you will be sending payment.  We can only hold your items for 3 weeks due to limited storage facilities.
No goods can be sent until we have received cleared funds.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Our UK postage charge is a standard capped fee of £4.95 which covers all of the items you may buy.  We have set this standard charge because most of our customers usually purchase two or more items in our store.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours.  Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

We also have special prices for Insured Next Day Delivery Options.
All large orders over 2kg are usually sent by courier.

We guarantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Our standard shipping service is not an insured service and items can be mislaid or damaged in the postal system which are out of our control.  We cannot take responsibility for undelivered or damaged parcels, especially during Royal Mail Strikes, if your items are urgent, we suggest you use our insured Next Day Service.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.  Costumes can only be returned unworn and in the original packaging, please check the sizes carefully.
