About Our Ship

We're a family-run UK based company offering quality items at prices far cheaper than the high street. Our company is run by a mother of four children, who has had many year's experience of children's parties and knows just what parents are looking for when buying party supplies. We only buy quality items that visually appeal to us and the kids will love.
We are the only dedicated Pirate Party Store on Ebay and if you can't find what you are looking for, we can usually get hold of it or point you in the right direction. 
We can supply individual items as well as packs, which ensures we save you money and you can always come back to buy more supplies, if you have any extra guests to cater for! We have also just opened a new web site of our own where you'll find even more treasure!

Payment

We accept payment by: Paypal which includes all Credit cards, Postal Orders, Cheques and Bank Transfers. 
All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT. 
We are unable to accept any foreign cheques unless a £5 fee is added to cover high banking costs in the UK.
Payment is appreciated within 7 days. If sending a payment by post, please use the checkout facility which notifies us how and when you will be sending payment. We can only hold your items for 3 weeks due to limited storage facilities.
We do send refunds on overpayment of postage where applicable.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover the exact price of postage and we never charge extra for postage materials and packing. 
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
You can choose from a range of postage options from second class to next day delivery. 
WE HAVE CAPPED ALL COMBINED POSTAGE AT JUST £4.99 FOR UK DELIVERIES WITHIN THE UK.
All large orders over 2kg are usually sent by courier.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
