We accept the following forms of payment: Credit/Debit Card Phone Payments (Prefered Payment Method), Paypal, Bank Draft, Postal Order and payment on collection (see terms). Cheques and bank transfers are not permitted. Please DO NOT post cash, as we will not be held responsible for any losses in the transit and value oversights.
The winner can also pick up the item at 8 Clarence Road, Grays, Essex RM17 6QA. Items collected under £25 will be charged a £1.00 administration fee per item. Collected items MUST be paid for when collected (e.g. Cash On Collection or Card Payment), other payment methods for collections (e.g PayPal, Postal Orders and Bank Drafts) are NOT permitted. Please note goods cannot be inspected before payment.
Postage costs on some items may be rather high, as they include TRACKING and INSURANCE. Due to courier charges prices may vary for Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Orkney Isles, Hebrides, Isle of Silly and Channel Islands. Please make contact for rates to avoid disappointment.
In the case of items with a total value of over £32 and/or weight over 2kg, winning bidders will be emailed a tracking number as soon as their item(s) is dispatched. Please contact us if you do not receive tracking email within 36 hours of the payment.
All items sold come with a 30 day warranty, unless they are being sold as scrap or untested.
ALL ITEMS SOLD AS FAULTY OR UNTESTED ARE SOLD AS FAULTY AND CARRY NO WARRANTY. WE DO OUR BEST TO DETAIL ALL KNOWN FAULTS, BUT WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FURTHER FAULTS OR ISSUES THAT ARE DISCOVERED.
WE ONLY REFUND ON FAULTY ITEMS, UNLESS THE ITEM WAS SOLD AS FAULTY OR UNTESTED. THE WARRANTY IS VOID ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN TAMPERED WITH. THIS INCLUDES THE REMOVAL (INCLUDING PARTIALLY) OF THE WARRANTY STICKER.
RECORDS OF ALL ITEMS SOLD ARE KEPT TO AUTHENTICATE RETURNS.
All electrical equipment have been tested with registered electrical safety testing equipment. Please refer to photos for auctions contents.
Due to company rules we cannot disclose reserve prices or end auctions early (includes setting up a "Buy It Now"). Emails/messages for such will not be replied to.
All items won must be paid within 7 days of winning the auction, failure to comply will result in an unpaid mark being left against the auctions winner.
WARNING: INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS WHO DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR AUCTION, BECAUSE THEY CANNOT PAY THE SHIPPING FEES WILL AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE AN UNPAID ITEM STRIKE.
