The Tickets

The tickets have not yet been received from the promoter but as soon as they are i will forward on without delay. Every ticket agency has different policies on despatching tickets and some will despatch earlier than others.

Payments accepted

You can pay for the ticket(s) via the following methods

Refunds

I will issue a complete refund(excluding postage) to the buyer if the event is cancelled or if I am for any reason unable to provide the ticket(s) purchased. If a concert is rescheduled, your ticket(s) will be valid for a new date/venue, and as such cannot be replaced or refunded

Ticket Delivery

All ticket(s) will be sent via special delivery, which is guaranteed to arrive the day after sending (before 1pm) and is fully trackable and insured against loss.   If you are not present when the tickets are delivered then they will be held at your local sorting office and must be signed for by the recipient. Identification will be required.

It is the buyers responsibility to check the tickets and report any  discrepancy with it/them within 24hours.

Your obligation as buyer
