We specialise in the manufacture of high quality, elegantly designed beauty and cosmetic cases for professional and individual use. All our products are of particularly strong construction. Our fittings (handles, hinges, locks etc) are of the highest standard.
Prices
All our prices include 17.5% VAT. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Payment
After winning an item at auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, please check out following the eBay links and this will then re-direct you to the Marketworks check-out where you can complete your order details and payment options which will then enable us to process your order promptly. You can also check-out by selecting the check-out button within the listing or via a link in our winning bidder email.

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and the eBay unpaid item process will be initiated to recover the closing fees of the auction
Shipping
All Beauty-Boxes products are delivered, checked and packed by hand using the strongest materials. We are committed to ensuring that your items arrive quickly and safely. Most of our products are also bubble-wrapped and doubled-boxed for increased protection whilst in transit.
Shipping to UK for this item is %5.99%Shipping%% and £0.00 for additional items. Any orders over £70 are shipped free of charge as long as they are placed at the same time to the same UK Mainland delivery address. If you are buying multiple items from us, please wait until the last auction you wish to purchase has closed before checking out as this means your shipping discount will automatically be applied across your order within our secure “Marketworks” checkout system. Delivery is normally arranged by ANC on a 24 hour next business day delivery service. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day. Please allow an additional day if your item has not arrived on the expected day as sometimes we experience delays due to high volumes.

Returns / Refunds Policy
Refunds - We will only refund orders that are returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order, however we will not refund any additional charges for delivery.
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with all labels and original packaging. Once the goods have arrived back to us, they will be checked thoroughly to ensure they have not been used. It may take 10 - 14 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive to us or the supplier.
Exchange - If you are not satisfied with a product and you find it is not suitable for your needs, you must contact us at support@beauty-boxes.com and return the item WITHIN 30 days from the date you receive the order for a prompt exchange.
