The D400 is a superb lightweight laptop from Dell which we have cleaned, tested and fully refurbished. It comes pre-loaded with Windows XP Pro and is ready to use as soon as you open the box.

This laptop is great for all users and was originally designed for the business user, with its lightweight it is also ideal for the person on the move. This is an ultraportable lightweight slimlime laptop that comes with no CD/DVD drive.

As well as being preloaded with XP Pro, we have also included Free Anti Virus software and also Open Office which is ideal for Word Processing, Spreadsheet and presentation programs ideal for business, school and university work!

Wifi means that you can gain access to the internet using your Broadband wireless network, you can also connect where you see the wi-fi spots around the country.

Warranty

All of our items come with a 30 day return to base warranty, if the item develops a fault please contact us first either via email or phone. If we are unable to solve the problem over the phone we will then either repair, replace or refund the item. Please note that all postage costs are non-refundable. All items must be returned to us in their original condition, any refunds will only be granted once a mutual withdrawal is agreed through ebay.

Battery Policy

All laptop batteries are tested and will hold a charge, we cannot guarantee what length of time this charge will be. Batteries are not covered by warranty.

Delivery

Please note that it can take upto 3 working days before we ship your item after receiving cleared payment, the item will be shipped via Business Post on a 24 hour delivery service, it will be fully insured during transit.

Returns Policy

Should you not be happy for any reason you are welcome to return your item within 7 days for a refund of the original purchase price (less postage) After these 7 days you are only eligible to return the item should a fault develop within the 30 day Warranty period

What condition will my laptop be in?

All of our Laptops are ex corporate models, they are likely to show signs of scratches, general wear and tear and scuffs or marks (such as where stickers have been removed)

Can I collect to save on postage?

Yes you are welcome to collect your item by prior agreement, you can collect from either Coventry, CV4 9XN.  If you would like to do so please call us on 0845 095 0020. If you do choose to collect your item you will need to pay via cash only

Can I combine postage?

If you are looking to buy more than one laptop we will post and further laptops you purchase for an additional £5 each.

Can you ship to Europe?

Currently we can only ship to UK addresses, however in future we will me looking to include many European Countries.
