IS CLAIMED.

1) SPRINGS THAT HAVE BEEN ALTERED OR REPAIRED.
2) SPRINGS THAT HAVE BEEN SUBJECTED TO EXCESSIVE LOADS.
3) SPRINGS USED IN MOTORSPORT OR OFF ROAD USE.
4) SPRINGS SHOWING NON STRUCTURAL DEFECTS IN DETERIORATION OF THE SURFACE FINISH.
5) SPRINGS HAVING BEEN DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF ACCIDENT.
6) SPRINGS HAVING BEEN SUBJECTED TO INCORRECT USE OR INSTALLATION.
7) SPRINGS ONLY EXHIBITING NORMAL WEAR & TEAR.
