Returns Policy
I will endeavour to deliver the goods as soon as possible or on the agreed delivery date but accept no responsibility for delays due to circumstances beyond my control. 
Please check your item carefully before signing for the delivery as no responsibility can be accepted for damage that occurs during transit once the goods are signed for.
For security reasons, a signature may be required for deliveries.
You should be aware that once the delivery process begins you will be responsible for any costs incurred by me such as courier or packing costs.
Customers can withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
To withdraw from your purchase within the seven-working-day period, you will need to inform me of your decision in writing. The item will need to be returned to me so that I receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
The item will need to be un-used, un-opened and in it's original condition and packaging.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item - including any insurance.
All returned items that are received back in less than perfect condition (including packaging) will be subject to a 20% surcharge
No refund will be granted for items that have been opened or are received back in an un-saleable condition.
Please choose the size of your item carefully as returns cannot be accepted for items ordered incorrectly
As soon as I receive the goods back in satisfactory condition, I will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item - I cannot refund any delivery or insurance costs
