About Us

We are a long-established, UK based, company offering quality graded stock at far lower prices than high street stores. 

WHAT ARE "GRADED" PRODUCTS?

Graded products have often been opened and found to be incomplete (no remote or no instructions for instance).  If any items are missing then we replace them and then repack the goods. We will always make sure that they are sent out to you complete and with everything you would expect when you buy them from a high street store. 

They may also be ex-display or slightly marked goods. Common marks are slight scuffs caused by the item's original packaging rubbing on the unit. If any product is obviously marked we will make this clear in our description, if it is feasible to take pictures of the marks then we will do so. We will never understate any damage so that you are always happy with the condition of the goods. All graded products come with a 12 month RTB warranty except for corded headphones which have a 3 month warranty.

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

We use either 1st class Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery Service or Parceline's 24-hour courier to deliver our products. The delivery method is stated in the item description. If you are unsure how an item will be sent feel free to use the 'Email the Seller' button to ask us.

Returns

Please contact us before sending any items back as we can often solve problems without the need for return. The best way to contact us is to send us a question through eBay using the 'Email the Seller' button on the item listing. We will endeavour to reply within 24 hours (exc. weekends). If we agree that you need to return an item we will are issue a returns number for you to display on the outside of the returned parcel. Please quote your returns number in all correspondance from then on. Our returns are usually processed with 1 week of receipt.
