This item will be sent out by track-able delivery and requires a signature. Please ensure you are available to receive the delivery. For deliveries by our courier, a card will be left if you are not in to receive the attempted delivery. You must contact the courier within 24 hours to re-arrange a delivery date. Failure to do so will result in the package being returned to me and there will be an additional shipping surcharge to resend the item.
If you wish to return an item due to any reason, you must contact me within 24hours of receiving the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the postal costs of returning the item. For unwanted items, you may send the item back at your own cost and we will refund you less our handling charges and our sending out carriage costs. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item has been used and/or are not suitable for re-sale. For all other returns the refund will be for the value of the item and excluding postage costs.
