At Go-Shop-Direct we offer our own 28 day warranty period on all items sold. Once this time expires your warranty then passes to the manufacturer. This will vary from a minimum of 12 to 24 months depending on the manufacturer and product.
In the event of a product fault, please check the manufacturer's operating instruction's, and items such as the plug and batteries before contacting our Customer Services Department. At this time please make sure you have your invoice with details of your date of purchase and details of the product fault before calling.
Important Note: The guarantee specifically does not include faults caused by accident, poor maintenance or misuse. Poor performance due to external factors such as signal quality and interference are not accepted as suitable reasons for return. Please check all components such as remotes, batteries and plugs in line with manufacturers strict guidelines to be found in all instruction manuals before raising a complaint. If an item is returned without fault or is out of the period of the manufacturers guarantee all products will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account. |
