Graded Items

All the items we sell, unless otherwise is stated, are sold on the understanding that they are NOT new and have been ex showroom, reconditioned, display model, an unwanted gift, used or similar. In most cases these items will have been back to the manufacturer where they have been fully re-tested and packaged with all accessories. These items are in full working order, unless the listing suggest otherwise. However to avoid misrepresenting this product in any way it is best to be prepared to accept cosmetic blemishes, signs of use or even scratches. New items will be clearly marked as new on the listing itself.

Warranty

Our items do not carry a manufacturer warranty. However, every item we sell we cover with our own 14 days warranty. Any faulty item within this period must be reported immediately and returned to us within the 14 days from the day of delivery after obtaining a reference number from us. We offer a full refund within these 14 days, but not replacement. Returns will not be considered beyomd the 14 days.

Postage and Delivery

We aim to post all items paid for within 24 hrs from receiving payment. The postage and packaging fees are for mainland UK only. Other places in the UK such as N. Ireland will have to pay £4.99 extra. Please allow up top 4 working days to receive the item.
