Additional return policy details: Please return goods within 7-14 working days. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Any item that is believed to have been used or not returned in a suitable condition will not qualify for credit. AVS will not be liable for return postage costs or original postage and packaging costs. Nor will we be responsible for labor/mechanical costs. Items can only be replaced after we have received the item and it has been checked and approved by our quality assurance team. Any faulty items can only be returned if fitted by a qualified electrician or mechanic. Unless it is a manufacturing fault. A process will need to be followed through to see where the fault/problem lies. Once we have sent the item out if there is a delay on behalf of Royal Mail or Parcel force, AVS are not liable for refunds or replacement until the item is back with us. Nor are we liable for the cost of postage and packaging if you would not like to wait for the item to arrive to yourselves.
