TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
All our items are described in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. We aim to provide good customer service in relation to all our buyers however due to some issues that have arisen in the past please read our terms of sale:
· All our items are sent using either Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Fastway Couriers. We always obtain proof of posting.
· All “Buy it now” items are post only as they are wrapped immediately after photographing.
· Where possible, all items are wrapped after photographing for their protection and as such are post only. We do not allow collection for items unless stated or if the winning buyer has been successful on winning bid a collection item.
· All items stated as “collection only” must be collected within seven days auction end unless agreed in advance and paid for in full. These items must be collected in person by yourself or nominee at a pre-arranged time. We do not allow third party courier collections or wrap items for an agent collection.
· All items will be despatched within two working days of the payments being made.
· In case of the couriered items, these items should be delivered no later than the end of the fourth working day after payment made allowing for 2 day despatch plus 2 days delivery.
· Our contact details will be provided on the invoice to the winning bidder.
· All buyers will be sent a despatch notification through Ebay once the item has left us.
· All our items are security marked.
LOST/DELAYED ITEMS
· Please ensure you leave enough time before contacting us for your parcel to arrive.
Normal Delivery times upon despatch are: 1st Class – 1-2 days / 2nd Class 3-5 days / Parcels 3-5 days / Courier – end of the second working day after collection (ie collect Monday, delivered by end of Wednesday; collect Wednesday, delivered by end of Friday; collect Thursday, delivered by end of Monday)
· After this time if your item still has not been received we can provide you with the details of posting for your reassurance. In the case of couriered items, we will be able to track the item for you and provide details (ie if the item has been returned to your local depot awaiting collection).
· If you have still not received your item 15 days after posting (the date the Post Office stipulate for claims), then we will issue a refund on condition that you send us an email confirming that you are in non-receipt of the item to enable us to claim back from the Post Office.
DAMAGED ITEMS
· In the unfortunate event (very rare as we ensure our items are well packed) of the item being damaged in transit, please ensure that you keep the original packaging.
· Please email us and we will provide you with the return address and return the item to us with a description of the damage and the original packaging. (We need the packaging to pursue a claim with the Post Office)
· The return postage must be at you, the buyers costs however upon receipt and inspection of goods we will endeavour to offer a refund on this as well as your original purchase cost. (Please note the return postage we will pay will be no more than the original postage charged by us). Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting for your end.
OTHER ISSUES
· In the unfortunate event that you have misread our description or have bought the incorrect product, please contact us and we may consider a refund of the item (not including postage costs) however in practice it would normally be more beneficial for you to list the item on Ebay yourself.
· All other issues not listed above, will be dealt with in a professional and courteous manner and we will do all we can to assist your query.
