We use external reputable courier companies to deliver your purchases. Goods are delivered to UK mainland destinations within 5-6 working days from point of payment (Although we aim to have it despatched the same day), unless delivery would be made on a Saturday, Sunday or Regional Bank Holiday, when it is deferred to the next working day. We welcome you to call our customer service team if your unsure about any of our delivery details.
Our couriers work throughout the day, so your order may arrive at any time between the hours of 9:00am and 5.00pm, and will require a signature.
Delivery to addresses other than mainland UK destinations may take longer than our usual delivery times. (please order from www.nurseryvalue.com should you need delivery to other than UK mainland destinations)

Guarantee
All purchases from Nurseryvalue.com are covered by a 6 months guarantee from date of receipt of goods. We will exchange or repair any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days. If it displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days but within the guarantee period we will repair or send spare parts to you free of charge.
Accidental damage and damage caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge for repairs or spares issued to you will be made. Please contact our Customer Services team for information.

Returns
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any products purchased on our website, but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Any item may be returned, at your own cost, for any reason within 28 days of the date of our original despatch to you, so long as it remains in a saleable condition.
• You may return any unwanted goods to the mail order address shown at the bottom of your invoice. Goods must be in their original packaging, unused and must be returned with a copy of the invoice sent to you.
• We suggest you obtain a proof of posting when returning any items so you may make a claim with your carrier should the parcel go missing. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.
Once we have received and verified the returned item we will arrange either a refund, exchange, or replacement, subject to goods being returned in a saleable condition.
