THIS BOOK IS IN FAIRLY GOOD CONDITION WITH SOME CREASING AND MARKS/ SCUFFING AND SOME DISCOLOURATION DUE TO AGE. THERE IS ALSO A SMALL TEAR TO THE SPINE
