We sell worldwide .Our local postage and packing requirements are displayed for you to comply with before bidding, or if adjustment is required for reasons of international sales, on request, before bidding. There is usually an additional postal requirement as books and magazines posted internationally with this protection tend to weigh heavily. If you require "flip , shoddy" or a lesser service instead of a quality process ,do not bid in our auctions.In that case we will not be in a position to take your choice personally! We try to aptly describe every item on sale,but bear in mind that these are usually collectable already used articles unless otherwise described.We do not take any of this flippantly,so e-mail or write if you foresee a potential problem, intend going on holiday, or if there will be any delay in payment at auction end.We are reasonable, if, for example there is a delay for substantiated personal or family reasons.

Ebay will send out an automatic invoice but if you are living outside the U.K.,wait as we usually send a personalised invoice within 24 hours.Confirmation or payment is expected within 3 days of receipt or auction -end. 7 days are allowed before instigating non-payment proceedings, which in the event of someone reneging on a sale for whatever reason{unless in a case of dire distress!...trauma, injury or unfortunate bereavement!}, allows us to relist the sale item with ebay and reclaim our sales fee. This procedure usually carries with it the stigma of a non -buyer strike against your own e-bay account, so if you are serious about future bids and deals, it's a consideration to be taken seriously.We would expect similar attention and procedure from all parties involved in the auction as other potential buyers and bidders are insulted likewise by a thoughtless, errant bidder. We regard committment to buy as legally binding, so if a bid is withdrawn ,negative feedback will be issued because it effects everyone involved.

Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal internationally,within the UK, Paypal, Sterling cheques,Postal orders .Items will be shipped at least twice weekly after auction -end , barring Post Office holidays.{We usually post out two or three times weekly}.Proof of postage is collected and stamped at the Post Office , which is where our responsibility ends, although we will assist if possible should anything go amiss.If there is any kind of problem with your order that bothers you or that we can help with let us know before considering negative feedback, because good communication usually fixes everything. We accept UK personal STERLING cheques only, and all cheques will have to clear before item is shipped..

IT'S FINE WHEN IT'S POSITIVE , AND EVEN A NEGATIVE REACTION CAN PROVE CONSTRUCTIVE IF A MISTAKE CAN BE FIXED.UNFORTUNATELY THE SYSTEM IS WIDE -OPEN TO ALL MANNER OF INTERPRETATION AND JUST AS THE WORLD GENERALLY HAS IT'S FAIR SHARE OF OFF-KILTER , CONFUSED AND SEMI-LITERATE INDIVIDUALS,[ WITHOUT JUDGING TOO HARSHLY], SOME OF THESE SAME INDIVIDUALS DO FIND THEIR WAY INTO THIS PROCESS AND SUBSEQUENTLY WREAK HAVOC ON LONG-ESTABLISHED ACCOUNTS, SOMETIMES FOR DESTRUCTIVE PURPOSE OR POSSIBLY WITHOUT REALISING THE CONSEQUENCES.THE EBAY SYSTEM TRIES BUT ULTIMATELY LEAVES LITTLE ROOM FOR REDRESS ON THIS ISSUE. There have been a couple of times when we have later been ripped off by an individual to whom we've initially had a "good" deal with. We report ALL problem auctions to ebay after 7 days for further action, which usually results in a strike against the reneger's account, a negative feedback insert and the future blocking of that individual's right to partake in future auctions.
