If you are having a personal message and/or image on any of our items, please email the following details to chrissie@publicity-print.co.uk with your eBay username as the ‘subject’

-The text you would like. Please make sure you check your spelling as we will be printing exactly what you type

-The colour of the text. You can choose as many colours as you like, you let me know. Also if you have a specific font you would like to use then add that also

-For the image/photo, the bigger the better. If the image is too small then the quality will not be as good. If in doubt, you can email the image to me before purchase and I will let you know if it is ok for printing, then you can go ahead with your purchase

-The Mugs, T Shirts, Teddy bears and baby Vests can be printed on both sides as no extra cost. Please state if you would like printing on both sides

Payment

Pleas pay within 48 hours of winning item

We accept the following methods of payment-

-PayPal (preferred method)

-Cheque (allow 5 working days for cheque to clear)

-Postal order

Shipping and P&P

All items will be securely packaged and sent using Royal Mail 1st class, free of charge.

Reductions on more than one item purchased. Please request invoice before payment for the reduction

We also offer a recorded delivery service for £0.70

We will post your item within 48 hours from receiving your payment. But normally next working day

If paying by cheque, item will be posted once funds are cleared

Overseas

If you are buying from overseas, please mail us prior to making your purchase and we will inform you of postage costs. You can then go ahead with your purchase, and we will send an amended invoice for the overall cost

Once your purchase is dispatched it is out of our hands and down to the Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for any loss/damage.

Please choose the recorded delivery option if you would like insurance/piece of mind.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, then please return within 7 days for UK buyers and 21 days for overseas buyers for a full refund (minus P&P)
