The CHART will be personalised with the name of your choice . Please let us know the name in the eBay “Contact Seller” Message or in the Paypal “note to Seller Box” at checkout.

As we cannot dispatch your CHART without this information.

This is an A4 laminated chart .  Which can be re-used over and over again.  The top row is  blank for you to fill in the tasks required to be acheived that week.  I use a non permanent marker pen to fill in the boxes each time a task/chore/goal is achieved.

The chart will be personalised with your child's name free of charge and  will sent by first class post on day of purchase if purchased by 1.30pm
