All of our items are checked prior to despatch and posted in appropriate packaging. In the unfortunate event of a problem with your purchase please email us as soon as possible with full details.
Please note that the majority of our items are custom made or personalised items and are, therefore, exempt from the normal distance selling regulations. Returns can only be accepted on these items if incorrect or faulty. Please ask before returning any item to establish if a return is acceptable.
Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced and return postage refunded. For non-customised items returns can be made but must be returned in as sold condition with original packaging. Refunds in these cases will be less the original p&p charge and return postage to us will be the customers responsibility. |
