Distance Selling Regulations:
Cover consumers who purchase items from a business seller over the internet, where there is no face-to-face contact between the seller and the buyer before the purchase is made.  Buyers generally have the right to cancel their purchase within 7 working days (starting the day after the item is received). 
Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to eBay auction format listings on eBay.co.uk.

Custom made and customised items:
Are exempt from the UK Distance Selling Regulations and cannot be returned unless a mistake has been made by us or the item is clearly faulty.
Where Names 4 U has made a mistake or where the item is clearly faulty, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt and receive a replacement or full refund; return postage will also be reimbursed. 

Other items:
if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt and receive a replacement or full refund - the refund will be for original purchase price and original postage cost only; it is the Customer’s responsibility to return the item by a safe method and to cover return postage costs. 
The item must be returned in the same condition as when dispatched, unused, and complete with any and all tags and labels attached.
Where Names 4 U has made a mistake or where the item is clearly faulty, return postage will also be reimbursed.
