PERSONALISATION

Upon payment please advise in an ebay message or on your PAYPAL payment, the names and date for your item and your colour scheme,

 (when a colour choice is offered).

PAYMENT

Payment accepted by PAYPAL and required within 3 working days to ensure no delay in your order.

If for any reason this is not possible please just let me know your anticipated payment date so I am able to book your order into my diary.

DELIVERY

All items are made to order and delivery is normally 28 days. The reason for this is, I experience consistently high demand and operate a diary allocation system, which is based strictly on a first come first served basis.

My products are incredibly popular however, on occasion delivery can be reduced so If you do require an item urgently 

please contact me BEFORE making a purchase so that I am able to advise if your deadline can be met and to avoid disappointment.

RETURNS

In accordance with the Distant Selling Regulations, returns are not normally accepted on custom/made to order items.
However returns can be accepted within 14 days under certain circumstances:
1: Your item is damaged during postage
or
2: An error has been made by Darcie Weddings in the personalisation details

In any of these instances you will be offered a replacement or refund on return of the item.

Please contact me immediately if you wish to return an item.
