All plastic construction eliminates need for ground wire required for metal fills. Meets USCG Safety Standards 1/31/97 for gas fuel systems (33CFR183). Returns fuel splash back down fill neck instead of overboard. Hinged flip top cap eliminates need for deck plate key and cap loss. 1 piece fill and vent assembly installs faster than 2 components.
