The prices shown are valid for all shipping destinations in the UK & EUROPE ONLY. All prices are in pounds sterling.

Goods are dispatched after clearance of payment. Orders are processed as received. 
SHIPPING.
At certain times of the year it might be  impractical or unwise to ship plants. If this occurs we will inform immediately.

Orders will normally be dispatched by first class post for next day delivery to ensure that the root stocks stay fresh. In the unlikely event that the  goods are lost or damaged in transit, we require notice within 14 days to organise a replacement.

Carriage charges are for shipment to EUROPEAN UNION and UK addresses ONLY. Customs regulations and the need for expensive phytosanitary documentation prohibit us from sending elsewhere.

All plants supplied by us are true to form.

Return policy

Should the plants reach you an unacceptable condition or have been damaged in the post we offer a 7 day replacement request and offer a quibble free exchange of up to 14 days from point of purchase. NO claims will be accepted after this period unless irrevocable evidence is offered for loss in the post. Postage costs will be at the expense of the BUYER if plants are returned. We strongly suggest communication by email to quickly resolve any issues.
