Notes to Bidders

Please re-read the listing carefully before deciding to bid to avoid misunderstandings.

Postage is charged at the price shown in the listing.  This includes a contribution towards the cost of ensuring your item is properly packaged.

I accept Paypal at no extra charge to you and this is my preferred method of payment.

I also accept personal cheques – I will check your feedback and, as long as there are no problems, I will not normally wait for your cheque to clear.  (However, please note that I reserve the right to do so).

If you do intend to pay by cheque, please complete checkout to advise me of this. I must receive payment or payment instruction within 5 days of the auction closing.

I will always try to discount postage charges if you buy more than one item from me.

I always leave feedback, and would request that you do the same.  If you are ever unhappy with anything, please mail me before leaving negative or neutral feedback.  I will always seek to reach a mutually agreeable resolution.

I always endeavour to send items the day after payment has been received (or even the same day where this is possible).  If there is ever likely to be a delay, I will contact you to let you know.
