We also will exchange shoe's for an alternative size if the shoes do not fit but the buyer must
pay for the extra shipping costs incurred for the return via Recorded Delivery and re-shipping.

The shoe's must be returned within 7 days of reciept and in it's original box and in
un-worn condition.

We cannot accept any responsibility for loss when returning shoes to us so you must send them
adequately insured.
