MUST READ: Insurance. Fedex and UPS includes $100 insurance and free tracking. If your purchase is higher than $100 we recommend that you buy the optional insurance. USPS domestic priority mail does not include any insurance. USPS International Priority mail and Express mail include some insurance. For full coverage please buy the optional insurance. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transport we are not responsible for any loss.

MUST READ: Signature release. If Fedex, UPS or USPS leaves your package at your door we are NOT responsible for any theft. We will file a claim for you, but if it is denied there is nothing we can do. For an additional charge of $2.25 we can add signature release. You have to ask for and pay for this option. It is NOT added automatically because most customers want the package to be dropped at the door if they are not home.

TRACKING. We send tracking via the Ebay message system and leave feedback within 24-48 hours of shipping. If your package shipped with USPS, there is no tracking available. We print the label electronically and generally you will see a message regarding the date the label shipped until the item is delivered to your door (and scanned by your carrier).

COMBINED SHIPPING: If buying multiple items from multiple auctions please ask for combined invoice for maximum shipping discount before paying. If items can ship together in same package we will send you a new invoice with adjusted freight. Not all items are eligible for combined shipping. Length plus Girth cannot exceed 79 inches for international and 108 inches for domestic packages. Multiple purchases will only be eligible for combined shipping & handling rates if all items are paid for in a single transaction. If you pay for the items separately, they will be pulled, packed and shipped separately, and no S&H discounts will apply.

Yes we can ship with USPS to APO, FPO, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam. Please ask for this option to be added after you buy, but before you pay. We will send you a new invoice.

WARRANTIES: We are an authorized distributor of all product we sell and you are covered by manufacturers warranty. Some manufacturers require that you send the item directly back to them for warranty claim that includes Pelican and Streamlight. Please inquire if needed.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please do not ask us to alter or write a lower amount on the customs form. That is against the law. Import duties and local taxes are between you and your government. It may or may not be charged upon delivery. You are completely responsible for those charges. Please inquire with your government before ordering if you are unsure about the rules for your country. We highly recommend Priority or Express mail. If First Class Mail is an option you are 100% responsible for lost or stolen mail.
