Hi, you are looking at a main printed circuit board for a Main Combi 24 HE (may also be compatible with other models.) The item was ordered from local suppliers for a boiler repair, but was not used. So its condition is presumed to be unused, there are certainly no signs of wear, it appears to be an unused  unit. Other identifying marks on the pcb are as follows:

On front of unit:  Honeywell ACP-ES 94V-0

                          CE0051BP2590 TYPE SMC0E01

                          Sw R181C 050580 Date 0305 Cd. 56.6955.4

On reverse:        Honeywell cs0171B - LS Rev.B
