Terms and Conditions:

All payments to be made by PayPal only. We do NOT accept any other forms of payments.

Purchases from buyers with a value of £30 or higher, will only be dispatched to verified Paypal accounts with confirmed addresses.

To Verify your Paypal account, please log on to www.paypal.co.uk and follow the online instructions.  All purchases received from buyers over with a value of £30 or more who have an un-verified paypal account and unconfirmed shipping address will be refunded immediately minus a 15% re-stocking fee.  If you require any further information regarding payments, please contact us using the 'Contact Seller' link - we will be happy to help.

SHIPPING:

Delivery addresses cannot be changed after purchase.  All items will be sent to the address displayed on your Paypal transaction confirmation.

Postage and Packaging costs will be paid by the buyer, and will be added to the invoice during checkout.  Once checkout has been completed for an order, the order is immediately sent to our warehouses for packing and shipping. The order cannot be modified after checkout has been completed.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer combined Postage & Packaging discounts.

• Your order will be processed for shipment within 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information.
  
• Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, City-Link and Parcelforce.
  
• Some items may require a signature, if you are not available and have been left a Card - it is YOUR responsibility to arrange re-delivery or pickup from the relevant courier.
  
• AS_Gamestore will not be held responsible for loss or any damage that occurs to your parcel whilst it is being delivered.

RETURNS:

If the item is faulty, then we will issue you with a replacement. If in the event that a replacement is not available then and only then will we issue you with a refund.  For non-faulty items returned, a refund will be issued minus postage costs.

• For replacement, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
  
• Please note that sealed games cannot be returned if opened, unless they are faulty.
  
• Postage is not refunded on returned games.
  
• Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds or replacements.
  
• Items should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via trackable means.
  
• Buyer is responsible for all return Postage and Packaging charges.
  
• Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

POSTAL INSURANCE:

All items come with a FREE Postal Insurance up to the value of £28 pounds and subject to Royal Mail's Terms and Conditions.  If an item is lost in the post, we are unable to submit a claim until 15 working days from the date of dispatch.  Any claim submitted can take up to 2 months to be concluded by Royal Mail and their decision regarding compensation is final.
