The basic concept is still the same though, as you create your own computerised family and help (or hinder) them in achieving their lifetime dreams.

Instead of just dealing with one house at a time though, your whole sims town is part of one continuous map, with neighbours going about their business independently. Likewise your own family can explore at will and interact with any and all buildings and people.

Once fully grown a sim can have up to 60 personality traits - from loner to flirt - all of which you can influence via their environment and the people they interact with. However you want to play and whatever you want to do it's easier than ever to create your own virtual soap opera.

• The delivery address cannot be changed after payment is completed. Items will be sent to the address given by your PayPal receipt.
• High value items such as consoles can only be sent to a verified PayPal address. This cannot be changed under any circumstances.

• All items despatched within the UK come complete with free postage insurance, subject to Royal Mail's terms and conditions. Any item that is not recieved by the purchaser for which a claim is processed with Royal mail, is subject to Royal Mail's enforcement of their terms and conditions. Royal Mail's decision is final with regard to any compmensation payment offered.
• If an item has been lost in the post to UK mainland, we are unable to take any action until 15 working days (3 weeks) from the date of despatch. For items despatched to addresses outside the UK we are unable to take action until 25 working days (5 weeks) from date of despatch.
• Any claim submitted can take 4-8 weeks to conclude or longer from the date of the claim being submitted.
• This is a unique service we offer. Very few Ebay sellers offer this service of claiming for missing post purely because it is a long process. Returns Policy

If your item is defective please email us using the "Contact Member" link at the top of this page and full explain the problem. Please keep all the original packaging. If the item was purchased by mistake we will glady refund the purpchase price of the item (excluding P&P costs as this is a service) as long as the item is unopened, in its original packaging and both the packaging and item is not damaged. Please use the contact link above for agreement prior to returning the item. Any sealed games will not be accepted back if opened unless they are faulty or defective. None faulty items must be returned within 14 days from receipt.
