Made in London, in 1802, by Peter, Ann and William Bateman. A Classic Style Helmet Jug with a band of Bright Cut engraving and further Bright Cut borders. With a reeded rim, base and handle. Engraved to the front with script initials. David Shure book plate LXV11. Condition: The Marks: Good. Makers mark rubbed. The Jug: Very Good. No splits or repairs. Some minor dents. Hallmarks:
