Published circa 1770 

A fascinating copper engraved map of part of the coast of New Britain in Papua New Guinea.  Details include Port Praslin, Isle Aux Marteux and Ance Aux Anglois.

Foldlines as issued with some browning along one horizontal line, right hand margin trimmed close to the border and a small tear also to right border.

Approx. 12" x 9" (300mm x 230mm) map area only on hand laid paper with margins beyond as described.
