Returning Undamaged or Non-Defective Goods

GlobalColorStandards.com want you to be delighted every time you shop with us; but occasionally you may wish to return items that you have purchased. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the goods to us within 7 working days of delivery. Once the goods are back in our possession any amount charged to you, other than the delivery costs, will be credited to you, provided that the goods are in the same condition as when they were delivered.

PLEASE NOTE that, unless the product is defective, you will not be able to return any product that is not in its original packaging, i.e. unopened and with any seals or shrink-wrapping intact. Please also be aware that you shall be responsible for any return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us. We can only refund delivery charges or accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or were supplied in error. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
