Here is a PANASONIC AG-EZ1 3CCD MINI DV CAMCORDER W/EXTRAS. Powers up but shuts down immediately. It comes with the case, remote, DC charger adapter, battery external battery, video cable and a 0.5 video wide converter. I do not know if the batteries will hold a charge.
