This is a folding loft ladder, it fastens inside your loft and swings down when you need it. It is very strong, and locks when extended.It has a small, removeable extension on the bottom, to cope with high ceilings, You can take it off for standard ceiling heights. It  could be used as a stand alone ladder, which could easily be carried in a car boot. Collection only as it is quite heavy. I am 1 min from J23 M1 LEICS (SHEPSHED)
