Returns Policy/ Terms & Conditions
I conduct all enquiries and transactions with the aim of securing a satisfied Customer, and generating goodwill.
I will always refund immediately to the Buyer if the item is not as described. The Buyer is then responsible for full return postage costs, and the item must be returned within 7 days.
Please note that Overseas Buyers are wholly responsible for any Customs duty or local charges that may occur within their own Country.
I will leave positive feedback once the transaction is completed to a mutual satisfaction. Negative feedback will be left if you do not honour your bid.
I reserve the right to decline or reject bids that may cause me to think that a successful transaction will not be completed.
My liability for any mislaid items, unless insured, ceases once I have obtained a ‘Certificate of Posting’ document from the Postal Services.
