DELIVERY POLICY:
- Items not paid for within 7 days will be relisted
- We will try our best to post within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
- Items bought over the weekend (Fri, Sat, and Sun. will only be posted the next monday)
- All our parcels are posted via Royal Mail, except for larger and heavier items that will be send via DHL or Parcelforce.
* In any case, please check out for parcel damage before signing for it
** If you want your goods to be delivered to a diferent address from the one on your pay pal account, the payment has to be
made by personal cheque or postal order.
* We only answer questions send via the ebay messaging system.

RETURN POLICY:
- If your product is found to be damaged or none working on arrival, You have to notify us immediatly through the ebay messaging. Faulty or damaged items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. After the 14 day period, we are very sorry but we will not accept the goods and there will be no replacement or refund.
- Items must be returned in its original packaging with all the relevant attachments and paper work.
- Items returned and in good working order will be charged a 15% fee for stock replacement.
- In the event of a replacement due to a faulty item, We will be liable for the postage cost of such replacement.
Under no other circumstance will we be liable for any postage involved in the transaction.
- Refunds will be issued on the day of the item reception, for the total price of the item, excluding all the postage costs.

* You may expect some boxes slightly damaged or even some items with minor scratches.
- Due to some clever buyers returning faulty items other than the ones they
bought from us, we are now recording all the serial numbers of the items sold,
as well as pictures of same
