NON-STANDARD ORDERS

If you require combined orders/bulk quantity/greater than "quantity available", send to a non-UK destination, delay posting to coincide with your holiday or whatever ... then please send me a message using the Ebay facility "Ask seller a question" whether or not the item has ended on Ebay. If your request is reasonable I will set up a "YOU-specific" listing on Ebay as soon as I have checked weight, postage, special packaging and insurance requirements etc. Kindly recognise that refusal is not personal but my decision is final.

 In all cases I require payment ONLY via PAYPAL. I always stipulate "Immediate Payment Required" (i.e., via Paypal!) which means that you cannot complete the transaction until you go though the Paypal checkout procedure.

Please - NO cash, NO postal orders, NO personal cheques, NO direct bank transfers ... nothing other than the stated Paypal Instant Payment! This is quick, efficient and protects both the buyer and the seller.

I do recognise that sometimes the relevant Paypal process needs to be followed by buyers who have not previously done so. No problem. However I always follow Paypal non-payment guidelines.

Postage terms

Postage cost shown is for 1st Class uninsured in the UK. That means, if the item is lost in transit I will provide you with details from a Certificate of Posting and you must claim against Royal Mail. Currently, all 1st class items are considered lost by Royal Mail if not received after 15 days.

If you want guaranteed & insured delivery in the UK via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed for, then contact me (before you pay) so that I can calculate the appropriate cost and then invoice you.

All standard UK purchases completed before 4:30pm weekdays are packed and sent the same day.

All standard UK purchases completed after 4:30pm weekdays are packed that day and are sent the next working day.

All standard UK purchases completed after 4:30pm Friday and at weekends are sent next Monday at the latest.

All non-standard orders are sent as soon as payment terms are agreed and payment is made.

(Bank Holidays excluded.)

This cutoff time enables me to meet my local Royal Mail/Post Office deadline.
