We accept payment by: Paypal Only.   All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

Shipping

Postage and Packaging for delivery is charged at, as near to the actual cost for ourselves as possible. We do not aim to profiteer from postage, and try to keep these costs to a minimum. We do not post Second Class.
All packages sent from Oxyhealth are sent via a 'Signed For' service. This is for insurance purposes for both ourselves and our customers.
We use Royal Mail recorded delivery service for our customers in the UK, in order to get the best combination of service and value for money for our customers. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For Service.
All goods that require a signature for proof of postage will need to be signed for on delivery, and it is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that the goods are signed for, or collected from a local sorting office or post office (in the case that you were unavailable to sign at the time of delivery). Your local sorting office or post office will only keep these goods for a certain amount of time before returning them to us. If the goods are returned, and are still required, then a delivery charge equal to the original will be required before we will attempt to re-deliver the item/s. If the goods are not required, then a 15% handling fee will be charged, and your money will be refunded
DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES
All items ordered before 3pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day. Items ordered outside of these times are dispatched at the next earliest opportunity. We hold large stocks and dispatch 99.9% of all products within the quoted time span.
UK Recorded Delivery (1st Class Recorded, £28.00 Insurance)

This form of delivery requires a signature upon receipt. 99% of the time delivery is normally the next working day or so, but please allow up to 15 FULL working days (this is Royal Mails policy if you ring up to make a claim) not including the date your order was dispatched. 
If your good/s are still undelivered after this time please follow the following procedure: 
Firstly, contact your local Royal Mail sorting office. In 99% of cases an attempt has been made to deliver the good/s. If no one was present to sign for the delivery they will have been returned to the postal sorting office / depot where they are stored for a period of 5 - 10 days. If after this period of time the good/s have still not been collected they will be returned to us at Royal Mails discretion (returned post can take up to 5 weeks). If the good/s have been returned to us please contact us for redelivery (a redelivery charge will be made). If the good/s are not at your local sorting office / depot please contact us to inform that your good/s have not arrived. Please also include reference to your order number and the date that the good/s were ordered.

Please Note: (The shipping method is selected by yourself).  Royal Mail Recorded Delivery is only covered for £28 maximum compensation if your item is lost or damaged so you should be aware that this is the maximum amount that can be refunded on payment to us by Royal Mail. If your item is valued higher than this amount, then we recommend using Special Delivery.
A claim normally takes around 4 to 6 weeks to be paid by Royal Mail.
UK Special Delivery (Next Day, £500.00 Insurance)
We offer a 'Next Day' Special Delivery service for customers who wish to guarantee their delivery to be delivered before 1pm the next working day. Your order must have been placed in our store before 1pm to guarantee a 'next day' service. This is a service offered by Royal Mail, and working days are Monday to Friday, not including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank or Public Holidays. We will refund your money for postage if Royal Mail are unable to deliver before 1pm the next working day. This guarantee does not apply if Royal Mail are unable to find someone to sign for the delivery, and have to leave a "We're holding an item of mail for you" card. These are the terms stipulated by Royal Mail, and the conditions by which we offer this service.

Returns

Cancelling or Returning an Order
Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery. Because of the nature of the goods, we can only accept the goods being returned, if they are unopened, and have the plastic cellophane intact, as well as any bottle security seal, and are in a re-sellable condition. We will also accept unwanted goods being returned in this condition (subject to an accepted RMA) up to 28 days after your purchase. All goods after this period remain the property of the purchaser and will not be subject to any refund. All returned goods will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
A RMA number must be requested from ourselves prior to returning any goods, either by emailing support@oxyhealth.co.uk or telephone 08000433280.

We also require you to use a recorded-delivery service for all returns. Note: that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
