All cycles and accessories are brand new unless clearly stated. Cycles are sold as and considered to be marked to cover the transit process. All warranties are return to base. Any shortages on delivery should be reported within 7 days. Please do not leave negative feedback before giving us the opportunity to resolve any problem. Parkers will accept the return of any unused item within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the item in the original packaging and will bear the cost of ALL carriage charges involved. A 15% charge will be deducted from the sale price to cover admin and relisting charges.
