Qualification Criteria : This offer is available exclusively to couples between the ages of 35-60 who are homeowners and are gainfully employed with a joint income in excess of £25,000.  All couple must be prepared to attend a 90 minute presentation during which they are under no obligation to purchase.

The above is the official wording from the certificate.  We have, ourselves, stayed in both Spain and Tenerife and have had outstanding and fabulous accommodation each time, infact overwhelmed to find a dishwasher and a washer/dryer - so we had no clothes washing to do when we arrived home!!  For your presentation, you are taken for a superb breakfast and are then taken to have a look around the other apartments and resorts near where you are staying, which is interesting, enjoyable and very friendly. There is absolutely NO pressure or obligation to purchase anything. The company has now been running for 25years and is a wonderful investment should you wish to join but it is entirely your own free choice.  As our daughter is now coming to school age it is definately worth while for us and allows us holidays whenever we choose even prime time school holidays with a vast choice of resorts and countries to holiday in. We have recently returned from Tenerife where we had a 2 bedroom apartment, 1 ensuite and one main bathroom (including a Jacuzzi bath), a large living / dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a huge balcony with sun loungers and a table to seat 6 for lovely meals with a sea view. (not forgetting the parasol and clothes line as well!). We had a west facing balcony and the sunsets were a wonderful extra! The apartment was equipped for 6 people with a sofa bed and bedding in the living area. There was a TV in each bedroom and one in the main living area all with satellite television. There is everything on-site including restaurants, a small shop, fabulous swimming pools and poolside bars. For children, they also run a childrens club to give parents a 'well-earned break'!! Upon arrival, you will be collected by pre-arranged taxi - free of charge and driven to your resort. Reception at the resort is friendly, swift and efficient.
