If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, or simply just change your mind you can return it to us in it's unused condition within 7 days of purchase & a full refund will be given. Postage costs for returning the item will not be refunded.
If you receive an item which is damaged or faulty you can return it within 14 days from receiving the item & a full refund will be given including the cost of return postage.
Before returning an item please e-mail me to inform me that it is being returned & the reason for the return. Failure t do this will prevent a refund being given.
Please note that I manage all refunds through the Ebay resolution service to ensure that the final value fee is re-credited to my account.Refunds will be issued in full once the buyer responds to the request from Ebay to cancel the transaction. Failure to do this will result in the final value fee being deducted from the refund amount.
