Our brand new luxurious villa is perfectly situated on a large corner plot, within the exclusive gated community of Solana Resort, less than 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. Many other world famous attractions and endless shopping/dining experiences, that Florida has to offer, are all close by. Three championship golf courses, restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, fuel station etc are all within a five minute drive.
Solana Retreat has been professionally decorated and upgraded to the highest specification throughout, resulting in a beautiful, spacious, four bedroom, three bathroom air conditioned home, sleeping up to 10 guests. The villa boasts a fantastic fully equipped games room complete with a superb $1,500.00 Slate Bed Pool Table, PS2 Games Console with Wall Mounted Flat Screen LCD TV, and Table Football. All 4 bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Step outside the patio doors to discover a fantastic free form, private swimming pool, set in a larger than average, extended sun deck, to compliment your dream vacation.

The villa is very spacious and perfectly complimented by a co-ordinating colour scheme throughout. The accommodation offers four fully furnished double bedrooms, all with cable TV, to comfortably sleep eight guests. One of the sofas easily converts to a double bed and can provide additional accommodation for a further two guests. A highchair, cot/crib and linen has been provided to accommodate the younger traveller. There is full air-conditioning and ceiling fans have been fitted in the main living area, master bedroom and games room to provide additional comfort and cool air.
The large open plan family room has been beautifully furnished and is tiled throughout. It includes a comfortable lounge area with sliding patio doors opening onto the extended pool deck and a large ceiling fan for additional cool air. The separate dining area with extending dining suite provides ample seating for all guests. There is a 42" plasma TV and Sony DVD player, with an assortment of films for you to enjoy. We have also added a CD/Radio which will enable you to play your CDs from home.
The fully equipped kitchen has been designed for your convenience and is fitted with Cooker, Dishwasher, Large Capacity Refrigerator/Freezer with Icemaker, Microwave Oven and Waste Disposal Unit. A Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker and Blender, plus all crockery and cutlery, are provided. The separate Utility Area provides a large capacity Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.
The First Master Bedroom is elegantly furnished with a king size bed, two nightstands, full size dresser with mirror and walk in closet. Patio doors lead onto the poolside lanai. There is cable TV and a ceiling fan has been fitted for your additional comfort. The luxurious en-suite bathroom includes a walk in shower area, a sink with vanity unit and illuminated mirror and a toilet. For your convenience there is a door leading out to the pool area. A full size hairdryer is provided.
A safety deposit box has been fitted, free for guests use.
The Second Master Bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a "palm tree theme" with a king size bed, two nightstands, full chest of drawers, large built in closet and flat screen LCD TV. A luxurious en-suite bathroom provides a bath, shower, sink with vanity unit and illuminated mirror and a toilet. A full size hairdryer is provided. Another safety deposit box is also available, free for your use.
The Third Bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers, a large built in closet, and flat screen LCD TV. It has been tastefully decorated with a Disney theme which the kids just love ! It is situated adjacent to the First Master Bedroom.
The Fourth Bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers, a large built in closet, and flat screen LCD TV. This room has been beautifully decorated in turquoise making it suitable for both male and female guests.
Both twin bedrooms share a luxurious family bathroom which has a bath, shower, sink with vanity unit, illuminated mirror, a toilet and a large storage cupboard. A Full Size Hairdryer is provided.
Carpet is fitted in all bedroom areas and each closet has plenty of hanging space with both adult and child hangers provided. Radio alarm clocks have been included in each bedroom.
PRIVATE POOL
The beautiful private pool and extended sundeck is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a few lazy hours. An outside table and chairs enables comfortable Al fresco dining and the covered lanai provides a cool shaded area. The seven (yes seven !) cushioned sun loungers are ideal for soaking up the glorious Florida sunshine! A fine mesh screen allows the sun in but keeps the bugs out and the opaque nature of the lower section provides privacy and seclusion. The pool and sun deck have outside and underwater lighting for those warm holiday evenings.
Pool inflatables have been included for the enjoyment of our younger guests
We have provided high quality plastic glasses for use in the pool area as glass is not permitted.
Heating of the pool is optional; there are only a few months of the year when this is required.
GAMES ROOM
The fully carpeted games room provides a fantastic opportunity for the whole family to relax and have fun !It boasts a fantastic $1,500.00, 8 feet, slate bed pool table, PS2 Games Console with 16 games plus wall mounted flat screen TV, table football and a games/toy box. Having been decorated, creating a real sporty atmosphere, with posters, pennants, memorabilia and mind-bending visuals, it provides an inviting, comfortable den area for all the family. A table, chairs and ceiling fan have been added for your additional comfort.
SOLANA RESORT
When holidaying at our villa, the choices are endless ... After a fun filled day at the theme parks, you can either opt to relax in the privacy of your exclusive villa and private heated pool or socialise at the fantastic Solana Resort Club House (5 minute walk from our villa) and take advantage of the many amenities and activities on offer.
- Enjoy a coffee in the spacious social area or connect with friends back home while enjoying a snack at the cyber café. Social events are staged several days a week at the clubhouse for all the family to enjoy.
- Let the big kids spend some time in the games arcade while you lie out by the large sparkling swimming pool or relax with a soak in the spa.
- The fantastic childrens playground will keep the little ones amused.
- There is a putting green to help you shape up your game or you can stay in shape in a state-of-the-art fitness room. Send the active ones out to the soccer field or the sand volley-ball court.
- Even a sundry shop is located in the reception area should you run short of sun block or need a drink/snack. English newspapers are also available daily, plus a very handy ATM Cash Machine. Also situated in the reception area, is a large tourist information stand, where you will find information leaflets, discount vouchers and the latest Theme Park timetables. These are free for you to take and prove invaluable when planning your holiday itinerary.

SAFETY AND SECURITY
- Solana Resort has electronic entrance gates, operated 24 hours a day. The friendly gate greeters at the entrance will direct you to your villa.
- Our villa is fitted with a comprehensive security system which, in the case of an emergency, has a facility for you to automatically summon the assistance of the Police Department, Fire Service or an Ambulance.
- Smoke detectors and emergency lighting has been installed throughout.
- A removable safety fence is fitted around the pool, which prevents small children from running or falling into the water.
- Our local managing agents are conveniently located within Solana Resort and are available for any queries you may have, and also offer a 24 hour contact number in case of emergency.
- Smoking is ONLY permitted in the pool / patio area.
