Fun Florida Villa is a new villa, built in December 2005, on the Glenbrook community of secluded and luxurious homes. The Community has its own clubhouse exclusive to Glenbrook Guests, it provides Internet access, Games room, Exercise room, TV area, and external facilities include a large designer swimming pool, volleyball, and tennis court. It is a new resort, which is just past the junction of the 192/27 Highway and is only 10 minutes drive from Disney, it is within easy access of the I-4 bringing you to all the Major Attractions, and an abundance of shopping malls, we are minutes away from fabulous golf courses, including Legends. The villa’s spec is of a very high standard, both internally and externally. All this with the added bonus, of an onsite Management Company. The resort also provides a shuttle service to the major Theme Parks.
Fun Florida Villa is a stunning 4 bed, 2 bath villa that has been classed as an executive villa by our Management Company. All bedrooms have cable TVs complete with DVD’s, including the two twins, who have the added benefit of video players. The two master’s have LCD TV’s. The Master bedroom has an Ensuite, 1 French Style King Bed, with direct access to the pool. The second master, has a queen size bed, and has interlocking doors to the second bathroom; this also has direct access to the pool. The beds in the twin rooms are high standard and are extremely comfortable. We also have a travel cot for any Babies or toddlers in your party.
A fully equipped games room is available with professional air hockey table, electronic darts board and 8ft pool table, for your personal enjoyment.

We have a large family room area, that has 2 lovely comfortable leather sofa’s, with a large 52” high Definition TV, complete with DVD Player, We provide a good range of board games, and an assortment of books. We also have a local Video store that can allow you to rent DVD’s or games.
Dining is pleasurable experience at Fun Florida Villa, as we have a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of electrical appliances and equipment to make preparation easy. The main eating areas are the nook which has a 6 seated modern dark wood table, for an inside experience, or if you would like to eat your meals outside by the pool, we have a large table, If you would like to dine out; there are abundance of restaurants in close proximity. We also provide a high chair.
We have a large south facing pool, with optional heating, and a selection of pool accessories, including inflatable’s for the little people in your party! It is surrounded by a sunny extended pool deck, Access to the pool and terrace/pool deck have a safety feature which is childproof fencing. Also the extended deck area provides plenty of free space for lounging. We also have a lovely hot spa, to unwind after those long days at the Theme Parks, or on the golf course!.
We also have telephone access, and the villa is complete with all linens, towels etc., with plenty of spares.
