We accept PayPal and credit cards. By bidding on this auction you agree that, if buyer does not remit payment or contact seller to arrange payment within 7 days from the end of this auction, then this auction is cancelled by mutual agreement and seller may apply to eBay for refund of final value fee per this agreement. We expect all customers to fulfill payment within 7 days. Please email us if there is a problem with payment.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped out within 48 hours after payment has been received and cleared. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail Services which takes 2-3 days. Express Shipping is also available at request. 

We also ship Internationally to the billing address of the buyer's credit card. We cannot be held responsible for customs fees or re-routing fees imposed by foreign countries. Please check with your customs officials previous to placing your order.

We sell the most complete line of Vedette shapewear products manufactured by our family run business from Colombia. The brand Vedette is family owned and has been in the body shaper industry for over 25 years. We are known for quality and design. Customer service is our highest priority.

All sales are final. NO RETURNS with the exception of defective or wrongly shipped merchandise (i.e., the items received were not what you ordered). For items been defective the determination will be based upon manufacturer whose decision is final, then exchanges are for identical items and size only. No substitutions allowed.

Please make sure you are ordering the correct styles, colors, sizes, etc. of merchandise. Due to the hygienic nature of these products and United States health regulations, we cannot accept returns, give refunds, or make exchanges on any washable, reusable or absorbent incontinence products after the original package has been opened. This policy also applies to "buyer's remorse" (i.e., when a customer orders a product, opens the package, and then decides they don't want the product).

In the case of defective or wrongly shipped merchandise, you must request an Authorization for Return of Merchandise (RMA) by contacting us within three (3) days of receipt of your order. No exceptions. Any unauthorized returns will be discarded immediately upon receipt for health and safety reasons.

All of our garments are considered undergarments and may not be returned if first used for your safety, as well as the safety of others. Please make sure that you take extra care in measuring your size correctly, there are no returns for wrong sizes.
