You are looking at one outstanding handcrafted Sterling silver drop necklace and earrings set featuring genuine 4mm faceted Emerald rondelle beads (slight black inclusions), 7mm & 4mm creamy-white rondelle cultured Freshwater Pearls and Balinese silver beads. The necklace features a unique Diamond-shaped Sterling silver mounted faceted natural Emerald pendant. It has an approximate total drop of 7.5cms (almost 3”) and is 4.2cms wide. The lovely bezel-set natural Emeralds have light/dark veins running through them – as one would expect in natural Emeralds of this size (around 8mm by 10mm stones).

Plain beads, tubes, Balinese beads & lobster claw clasp are also all Sterling silver (strung using a strong nylon-coated Steel thread). Approximate length of necklace is 18" and I am happy to alter the length of this necklace if requested to do so. Leverback earwires, headpins, tubes, Balinese beads & beads of the elegant matching earrings are also Sterling silver and they also feature 6.5mm creamy-white rondelle cultured Freshwater Pearls and 4mm faceted Emerald rondelle beads and they have an approximate total drop of around 2" (5cms).

Add that to the fact that I've always been a collector of gemstone rocks/minerals (I still can't walk by a lovely specimen without stopping to admire it) so I knew about all the gorgeous semi-precious gems just waiting to be sourced and made into something unique – put the two passions together and you get a jewellery designer !!

I work exclusively with precious metals and genuine gemstones (precious and semi-precious) and genuine pearls. I source my stones and findings from around the world, using respected and ethical suppliers and also, wherever possible, direct from small companies who actually make their silver or mine/cut their gemstones themselves, for example, my Balinese silver beads actually do come from Bali. I exhibit at UK Craft fairs and Galleries and have been selling direct on eBay since 2000 (please checkout my great feedback profile). Each piece is made with care and an attention to detail you’ll find very hard to beat and I’m always very happy to accept commissions for one-off pieces for that special person/occasion.
